Vegan matcha vanilla oatmeal is not only beautiful, but it’s also crazy nutritious.
Honestly, my oatmeal game is weak compared to @memyselfandhana who created this delicious recipe. I reached out to her after seeing her Instagram page which is chock-full of stunning food photography and delicious recipes.
I knew I had to have @memyselfandhana create a recipe for this blog. Her food looks amazing and her use of unique ingredients really intrigues me.
Overall this recipe is super simple to make and is made with ingredients most people would have on hand. The only unique ingredient you may not have is Matcha Powder. I personally pick my Matcha Powder up here.
I want to again give a huge shootout to @memyselfandhana for this recipe.
