  • 1/2 c oats of your choice
  • 1 c water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup Or more if desired
  • 1 tsp flax seeds whole or milled
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • Add all ingredients and water  to a small saucepan
  • bring to a simmer and Cook for 10 minutes or until oats have absorbed all the water and become soft
  • top with a sprinkle of flax seeds, serve immediately
