Matcha vanilla oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Chopped dates

Toppings

  • 1/4 Cup soy yogurt
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 Red Grapes
  • 1 Caramelized banana
  • 1 tsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions

  • In a pot on medium heat add in the plant-based milk, chia, cinnamon, dates and vanilla powder. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.  
  • Add in oats and let them cook until milk is absorbed stirring from time to time
  • finally, add the matcha powder to the mixture. Pour in a bowl and add your toppings! Voilá!
